To Whom This May Concern:

I am writing to recommend Joanie Fritz Zosike, Lois Kagan Mingus, and the work of
ACTION RACKET THEATRE.

Joanie, Lois and I first became acquainted in 1994 through a project they produced, which was presented at The Jewish Museum, a staged reading of ...And Then the Heavens Closed, based on the Diaries of Glueckel of Hameln and written/adapted by Joanie Fritz Zosike and Hanon Reznikov. I was greatly impressed with their abilities on several levels. As actors, directors, and associate producers, they combine the utmost professionalism with uncompromising artistic standards.

Through my work with them and from attending subsequent performances, I feel that Zosike and Mingus bring to the stage a unique and diverse palette of theatrical, musical and movement skills. The investigation of human ethics and social consciousness is presented in an accessible format, conveying the importance of theatre as a social force in which participants play a dynamic role.

Based on the experiences above, I feel that including ACTION RACKET THEATRE would be a significant enrichment to your programming schedule.
